FarmHeart is a free 3D browser-based farming game. FarmHeart is a free browser game. We do not sell products or process payments.

No Warranty

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of data
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Fitness for any particular purpose

Limitation of Liability

FarmHeart and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use automated tools to scrape or crawl the Service at excessive rates
• Attempt to bypass rate limits or security measures
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code

Intellectual Property

The FarmHeart interface, design, and code are owned by their creator. Third-party content displayed through the Service remains the property of its respective owners.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We may update these terms, and continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
